Linkistry - Terms of Service

Welcome to Linkistry! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Linkistry, available at https://linkistry.app ("Website"). By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Linkistry.

1. Overview of Linkistry

Linkistry is a web application that allows companies to create profiles and store categorized links. Users can be assigned to profiles with specific roles:

• Admins: Have access to the admin dashboard and can manage links, profiles, and user roles.
• Regular Users: Can access links only through the Chrome extension after signing in.

2. Account Registration & Access

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• If you are an admin, you are responsible for managing user access within your company’s profiles.
• Users must not share their login credentials. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Linkistry reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

3. Use of Services

You agree to:

• Use Linkistry in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure that all links added comply with copyright, intellectual property, and data privacy laws.
• Not use Linkistry to store or distribute malicious, illegal, or inappropriate content.

4. User Roles & Responsibilities

• Admins: Responsible for creating profiles, managing links, and assigning roles.
• Regular Users: Can only view and use links assigned to them through the Chrome extension.
• Both Admins and Regular Users: Must not attempt to exploit, modify, or disrupt the platform.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• Linkistry collects and processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Users' login credentials are managed through Google OAuth authentication.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Security & Limitations of Liability

• While we implement security measures to protect user data, you acknowledge that no online platform is entirely secure.
• Linkistry is not liable for data breaches caused by unauthorized access, misuse of credentials, or third-party service failures.
• You are responsible for securing your account credentials and taking appropriate security measures.

7. Termination & Suspension

Linkistry reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Restrict or disable access to features or services if misuse is detected.
• Modify or discontinue services at any time, with or without notice.

8. Third-Party Services

• Linkistry may integrate with third-party services such as Google OAuth and external links.
• We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites.

9. Changes to the Terms of Service

• We may update these Terms periodically. Any significant changes will be notified through the website or email.
• Continued use of Linkistry after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Indiana, United States.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or a competent court in Indiana, United States.
